Wildes Cheese. If you're new to Tottenham, yes we have a cheese maker.  Come and try their amazing range of cheese, made using milk from one dairy in Sussex.  Will barter for lardy cake. Find them in the castle courtyard.

Redemption Brewery, the original Tottenham based brewery, bringing their range of cask conditioned and bottled ales to every Ploughman's. Find them in the castle courtyard.

Prestige Patisserie. The very talented team who grew out of Flourish Bakery and create beautiful, hand made cakes, savouries, biscuits and seasonal treats. Find them every day at Holcombe Market, Bruce Grove.  

Living Under One Sun, our local community Green flag winning community allotment.  Their stall selling LUOS honey and their hand made preserves will be outside near the tower.

Fruit Magpie specialises in fruit cheese: a smooth-textured, sliceable jelly with a high fruit content and intense flavour.  All of their ‘cheeses’ are made with high quality surplus fruit from local urban gardens, orchards or allotments which would otherwise go to waste. Handmade in small batches in Tottenham,  find them in the castle courtyard.

Craving Coffee; find them outside by the tower selling coffee and cocktails in inimitable Craving style

Tangy's Tasty Stuff; Tottenham based, half Chinese Malaysian and half English Sophie has had a culinary upbringing which has driven her passion for scratch cooking in an as authentic as possible way.  She specialises in Asian flavours from all over the Far East.  All dishes including the dipping sauces.made from scratch  using high welfare ingredients,   Find her outside near the tower.

Loven Presents. It's taken a few years to coax them out of their Styx residence and now they have two home in Tottenham. Come and try one of their made to order pizzas. 

Tottenham newcomers Don Donburi bring a flavour of Japan to the WinterFest; they've been recommended by someone who's lived in Japan so their dish called Gyudon, (very thinly sliced beef and onions served in a sauce on a bed of rice using high quality rib eye beef, and a tofu version called Yasaidon) should be worth checking out!

Wood Green based Celtic Bakers are joining us this year. Organic is at the heart of their business. They're an organic bakery who take provenance of their ingredients seriously. They make real bread with no additives, or preservatives. 100% of their food waste is either recycled into animal feed or donated to local community projects.  

Briggs Bug Houses; Handmade Green roof Bee, Bug, Bird and Butterfly houses made largely from locally sourced reclaimed and recycled materials. Plants are grown by Alan from offsets and cuttings. Find him outside the castle, near the tower. 

Eric Beaumont brings his honey in 4, 8 and 12 oz jars harvested from bees foraging on Tottenham marshes, Stoke Newington, Walthamstow, and Chigwell. Honeycomb in 8 oz and whole frame. Baker’s (cooking) honey and rolled candles in several colours. Find him in the upstairs gallery.

Sally Ann designs and makes pretty cards and a huge range of jewellery. Find her in the downstairs gallery.

Joan is Lordship Rec's resident photographer and designer. She's bringing cards and calenders based upon her designs, and images taken in the park. Find her in the downstairs galleries.

Turnpike Lane based Dippity T hand screen print T shirts with their original designs. Find them in the upstairs gallery.

Wood Green based Studio 306 specialise in designing hand-crafted high quality ceramics, jewellery, textiles and screen printed products. 

The aim of the studio is to empower disadvantaged local individuals by offering a creative space for those who are recovering from mental illness.  They can rediscover forgotten skills, develop new ones and boost their confidence within a working environment. Find them in the upstairs gallery.

Read But Not Heard works primarily in fine liner to create drawings to turn into prints.

Recently a short trip to Munich, Budapest and Gozo have inspired the ongoing drawings and print work.  A keen interest in old architecture, ruins and landscapes brings out the curiosity and experimental. Find her in the upstairs gallery.

Quirk and Foible is a Tottenham based designer and maker of stationary, gift boxes, cards. Find her in the upstairs gallery

Kids Stuff! All afternoon in the Museum education room (behind the courtyard). Get there early; the activities tend to get booked up quickly!

While the cat's away are a local jazz collective who play regular gigs in North London. They will try anything but their safe territory is jazz standards preferring smooth  Bossas. Come and listen in the music room upstiars at 1pm

London Metropolitan Brass is a traditional British brass band based in Muswell Hill. Set up in March 2013, the band plays regularly in the local community and throughout London. They'll be playing in the music room (to the right of the main entrance) at 2pm

It's been a tradition that The New Tottenham Singers   lead a carol sing along at the WinterFest. Conducted by the choir’s Musical Director, Tottenham resident, Tom Fowkes.  Find them in the music room at 3pm
